We need to verify your eligibility for the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme. To do so, we’ll share your information with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) via the Energy Saving Trust (EST) for verification of the relevant benefit(s) required for ECO scheme eligibility.
Please note that neither the EST nor us, the company using this service, can view which benefits you receive through this process. The DWP will only confirm if you are receiving an ECO qualifying benefit, without specifying which one. This verification will not affect your future benefit payments.
If you prefer not to share your data with EST, you must provide copies of documents proving the benefits you receive from the DWP. For detailed information on how we handle your data, please refer to the Privacy Notice provided separately.
By providing your details, you consent to sharing this data with the DWP via EST. You can contact us to revoke your consent for sharing your data with EST. If you withdraw consent, existing data will continue to be processed, but no new data will be collected or used for further processing.
